Responsibilities

- Prepare purchase orders and track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and assess the supply chain to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure that purchased materials meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Work closely with suppliers to manage inventory levels and resolve any issues that may arise.

Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanical 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
