We are seeking an experienced Press Tool Design Engineer with strong expertise in sheet metal tool design. The candidate will be responsible for designing progressive, compound, and transfer press tools, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency. ???? Key Responsibilities Design and develop progressive, compound, and blanking press tools Prepare 2D & 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo) Create strip layout and perform material utilization analysis Conduct tolerance stack-up and feasibility studies Support tool trials, troubleshooting, and modifications Coordinate with production, tool room, and quality teams Ensure adherence to customer drawings and industry standards Prepare BOM and detailed manufacturing drawings Improve tool life and reduce rejection rates
