Job description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee our eCommerce operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in inventory control, order fulfillment, and team management.
The Operations Head will be responsible for optimizing daily workflows, forecasting stock needs, handling vendor negotiations, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, leadership skills, and experience in fast-moving eCommerce environments, we’d love to have you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management – Oversee stock inwarding, GRN, kitting, stock adjustments, and returns. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and audits.
Dispatch & Order Fulfillment – Coordinate timely and error-free order dispatch, optimize labor planning, and manage courier partnerships.
Stock Forecasting & Vendor Management – Analyze sales trends, forecast stock needs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely procurement.
Team & Process Management – Lead and train warehouse, inventory, and dispatch teams. Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Technology & Reporting – Manage WMS/OMS systems, track stock movements, and generate reports for better decision-making

Mandatory Skills & Requirements: ✅ eCommerce Operations Experience – 2-5 years in inventory & warehouse management, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or accessories. ✅ Inventory Control Expertise – Hands-on experience with inwarding, GRN, stock adjustments, kitting, cycle counting, and returns handling. ✅ Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in WMS/OMS systems (Zoho, Unicommerce, Vinculum, Easyecom etc.). ✅ Stock Forecasting & Vendor Management – Strong analytical skills to predict demand & negotiate with suppliers. ✅ Team Leadership – Experience in managing & training warehouse and dispatch teams. ✅ Process-Driven & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and resolve bottlenecks. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
