As a Tool Room Engineer, you will lead the design, fabrication, and repair of specialized tools and fixtures. Your mission is to ensure that every mold, die, and gauge meets exact tolerances. You will bridge the gap between theoretical design and physical production, ensuring that tooling is both durable and highly accurate.Key ResponsibilitiesTool Design & Fabrication: Develop and manufacture high-precision jigs, fixtures, press tools, and molds based on technical drawings.Maintenance & Refurbishment: Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of existing tools to minimize production downtime.Precision Machining: Operate and oversee conventional and CNC machines (VMC, EDM, Lathe, Grinding) to achieve tolerances as tight as $\pm 0.005$ mm.Quality Validation: Use precision measuring instruments (Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, CMM) to verify tool dimensions against LLD (Low-Level Design) specs.Continuous Improvement: Analyze tool wear and failure patterns to suggest material or design
