The Press Operator is responsible for setting up and operating power presses (Hydraulic and Mechanical) to shape, structuralize, and cut sheet metal parts. You will be the frontline expert ensuring that every stroke of the press produces a part that meets our quality standards while maintaining a rigorous pace. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Operate various presses (ranging from 50T to 500T+) to perform blanking, piercing, bending, and forming operations. Setup & Changeover: Assist in die loading, clamping, and aligning tools to ensure the first-off part is within specification. Sheet Metal Handling: Correctly feed and position raw materials (CRCA, Galvanized, Stainless Steel) into the press to minimize scrap and "burr" formation. Quality Inspection: Perform routine "Go/No-Go" gauge checks and visual inspections for cracks, wrinkles, or thinning in the sheet metal. Safety & Maintenance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols (Two-hand tie-down, Light curtains); perform daily
