We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales / Support Executive to manage sales activities and provide end-to-end customer support. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, order coordination, client follow-ups, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms. Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into customers. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details. Coordinate with production/stores for order processing and dispatch. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients. Maintain customer database and update CRM records. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
