Key Responsibilities Prepare production plans based on sales orders and forecasts. Monitor daily production activities and ensure target achievement. Coordinate with purchase and stores for material availability. Track work-in-progress (WIP) and update production status. Plan and control inventory levels. Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports. Coordinate with quality and maintenance departments for smooth operations. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
