Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store / Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, material handling, and dispatch activities. The candidate will ensure proper stock maintenance and timely delivery of finished goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing materials. Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and material entry in ERP. Monitor stock levels and report shortages. Arrange packing and dispatch of finished goods. Coordinate with production and sales teams for dispatch planning. Prepare dispatch documents such as invoice, delivery challan, and e-way bill. Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials. Conduct regular stock verification and inventory control. Maintain cleanliness and safety in store area.
