Key Responsibilities Monitor incoming, in-process, and final product inspections. Ensure compliance with quality management systems and standards. Prepare and maintain quality documentation and records. Conduct internal quality audits and support external audits. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality. Handle customer quality issues and ensure timely resolution. Monitor quality performance and prepare quality reports. Support implementation of continuous improvement activities.
