Shop Floor Management Supervise daily production activities on the shop floor Ensure production targets are achieved on time Monitor manpower and machine utilization Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow on the shop floor ???? Tool Room Operations Handle tool room activities including tool selection and maintenance Ensure availability of tools for production Monitor tool life and reduce tool consumption Coordinate with production and maintenance teams ???? Machine Handling (CNC/VMC) Oversee operations of CNC and VMC machines Ensure proper machine setup and process control Troubleshoot basic machining issues Optimize machining processes for better productivity
