Key Responsibilities: Operate VMC machines as per production schedule Perform basic machine setup (tool setting, offset adjustments) Load/unload components and ensure proper clamping Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances Inspect components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Monitor tool condition and report wear or breakage Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection Follow safety procedures and maintain shop floor discipline
