Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify CNC programs for turning and milling operations Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining processes Set up CNC/VMC machines and prove out programs Optimize cycle time and improve productivity Troubleshoot machining and programming issues Ensure quality standards and minimize rejection Maintain proper documentation of programs and processes
