Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines (Turning / VMC) as per production requirements Load and unload raw materials and components Perform machine setting (basic offset changes, tool setting) Read and understand engineering drawings Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection Monitor machine performance and report issues Follow safety and shop floor discipline
