Key Responsibilities: Operate VMC machines as per production requirements Perform basic machine setup including tool setting and offset adjustments Load and unload components properly Read and understand engineering drawings and tolerances Inspect components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) Monitor tool condition and replace tools when required Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection Follow safety procedures and maintain shop floor discipline
