Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling) as per production plan Perform basic machine setup (offset setting, tool setting) Load and unload raw materials and finished components Read and understand engineering drawings Inspect parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.) Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection Monitor machine performance and report issues Follow safety procedures and shop floor discipline Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Experience: 1–3 years of experience in CNC machine operation Required Skills: Basic knowledge of CNC machines Understanding of drawings and tolerances Familiarity with measuring instruments Basic knowledge of G-code (preferred) Attention to detail and quality-focused approach Other Requirements: Willingness to work in shifts Physically fit for shop floor work Team player with good discipline Salary: As per industry standards Benefits: PF / ESIC (if applicable) Overtime / incentives
