Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines for machining components as per specifications. Perform machine setup, tool setting, and job loading before starting production. Read and interpret technical drawings and machining instructions. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and accuracy. Perform basic machine maintenance and report any technical issues. Maintain proper production records and documentation. Follow safety procedures and shop floor guidelines. Required Skills Knowledge of VMC machine operations and machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings. Familiarity with measuring tools and quality checks. Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC programming will be an added advantage.
