Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit technical offers for online enquiries. Handle online government tenders and complete submission procedures. Manage and update offers on GEM Portal and Ariba Portal. Participate in E-auctions with corporate sector clients. Follow up with customers to secure order bookings. Maintain regular communication with customers to build good rapport and long-term relationships. Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
