Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor daily production activities. Ensure production is carried out as per quality standards and schedules. Coordinate with operators and shop floor staff for smooth workflow. Monitor machine performance and production output. Maintain production reports and documentation. Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage. Follow safety procedures and company policies on the shop floor. Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams when required. Required Skills Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes. Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machining operations is preferred. Ability to manage shop floor activities and team coordination. Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
