Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines for machining components as per specifications. Perform machine setup, tool setting, and job loading. Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and accuracy. Perform basic machine maintenance and report any machine issues. Maintain production records and documentation. Follow safety procedures and shop floor guidelines. Required Skills Knowledge of VMC machine operations and machining processes. Ability to read technical drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality checks. Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC programming will be an added advantage.
