Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups. Convert leads into successful sales closures. Maintain customer records and sales data. Prepare and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets. Handle basic entries in Tally related to sales. Coordinate with customers through calls and emails. Maintain proper documentation and sales records. Ensure punctuality and timely completion of tasks. Required Skills Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (reading and writing). Knowledge of Tally. Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Ability to handle customer communication and close sales. Organized, responsible, and punctual.
