Key Responsibilities Perform Argon (TIG) welding on stainless steel, mild steel, or other metals as required. Read and understand technical drawings and welding specifications. Prepare and position metal parts before welding. Inspect welded joints to ensure strength, finish, and quality standards. Maintain and operate welding machines and tools properly. Perform basic grinding and finishing work after welding. Follow safety procedures and workshop guidelines at all times. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Argon (TIG) welding techniques. Ability to read basic engineering drawings. Familiarity with welding tools and fabrication processes. Attention to detail and focus on quality welding.
