Key Responsibilities Make outbound and inbound calls to customers. Handle customer enquiries and provide necessary information. Generate and follow up on leads and enquiries. Maintain call records and customer database. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion. Draft and send emails to clients when required. Update and manage data in Excel or Google Sheets. Required Skills Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of telecalling and customer handling. Familiarity with Excel and email communication. Ability to follow up and convert leads effectively.
