Key Responsibilities Handle sales enquiries and customer communication. Prepare and send quotations to customers. Follow up with customers for order confirmation. Manage all correspondence with customers (calls, emails, etc.). Prepare and process purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials at site. Maintain sales and order records and documentation. Required Skills Knowledge of sales coordination and order processing. Good communication and follow-up skills. Ability to handle customer and supplier coordination. Basic knowledge of quotation and purchase processes. Organized, punctual, and responsible.
