Key Responsibilities Handle technical enquiries from customers. Prepare and send quotations and proposals. Coordinate with customers for requirements and follow-ups. Support the sales team in order processing and documentation. Maintain customer data and sales records. Assist in tendering and online enquiries if required. Communicate with internal teams for technical clarifications. Required Skills Basic understanding of technical products or engineering concepts. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of quotation preparation and sales documentation. Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
