Coordinate with R&D, quality, and purchase teams. Troubleshoot production and technical issues. Improve process efficiency and reduce defects. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures. Required Skills Knowledge of electronic manufacturing and assembly processes. Basic understanding of PCB assembly, soldering, and testing. Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical documents. Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
