Key Responsibilities Develop and write CNC programs for machining components. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for operations. Optimize programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time. Coordinate with operators for program execution and troubleshooting. Perform trial runs and process validation. Maintain program records and documentation. Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/other controls). Ability to read technical drawings. Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and machining processes. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
