Key Responsibilities Develop and write VMC programs based on engineering drawings. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds. Perform program simulation and trial runs. Optimize programs to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency. Coordinate with operators for program execution and troubleshooting. Ensure components meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain program documentation and records. Follow safety and machining guidelines. Required Skills Strong knowledge of VMC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/other controls). Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and machining processes. Problem-solving and analytical skills.
