Key Responsibilities Perform welding on metal components and structures. Read and understand basic welding drawings/specifications. Prepare materials and surfaces before welding. Inspect weld quality and perform finishing work if required. Operate and maintain welding equipment safely. Follow shop floor safety and quality standards. Required Skills Knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication work. Ability to use welding tools and equipment. Basic understanding of drawings and measurements. Attention to detail and workmanship quality.
