Monitor process efficiency and suggest improvements. Ensure adherence to safety and company procedures. Required Skills Knowledge of production and testing processes. Ability to read technical drawings/circuit diagrams. Familiarity with testing instruments and measuring tools. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
