Implement strategies for process improvement and cost reduction. Handle manpower planning and team management. Monitor machine utilization, maintenance, and production schedules. Prepare and review production and performance reports. Required Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations. Leadership and team management skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with production planning, quality systems, and maintenance management.
