Key Responsibilities Lead and manage product and process development activities. Develop and improve engineering designs, systems, and components. Coordinate with design, production, quality, and R&D teams. Conduct testing, validation, and performance analysis. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development reports. Support new product introduction and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with quality and engineering standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of product development and engineering processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong coordination and project handling abilities.
