Key Responsibilities Manage overall tool room operations and manpower. Oversee the manufacturing, maintenance, and repair of press tools and sheet metal dies. Ensure timely availability of tools and dies for production requirements. Monitor tool performance, preventive maintenance, and breakdown activities. Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for tool improvements. Analyze tool failures and implement corrective actions. Maintain tool room records, documentation, and inventory. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of press tools, progressive dies, and sheet metal tooling. Experience in tool room management and team handling. Ability to read and interpret tool drawings and engineering specifications. Knowledge of tool maintenance, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
