We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer to develop, optimize, and manage machining programs for Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines. The candidate will be responsible for programming, process planning, and ensuring high-quality production with optimum cycle times.

Key Responsibilities Develop and write VMC programs as per engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, machining parameters, speeds, and feeds. Perform program trials, prove-outs, and process validation. Optimize machining programs to improve productivity and reduce cycle time. Coordinate with VMC operators for program execution and troubleshooting. Ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and machining requirements. Maintain program records, setup sheets, and process documentation. Required Skills Strong knowledge of VMC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi Controllers). Expertise in G-Code, M-Code, tooling, and machining processes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and GD&T. Knowledge of fixture planning and process optimization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
