Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage robotic welding line (Robo Line) production activities. Ensure achievement of daily production targets and schedules. Coordinate with weld shop operators, maintenance, and quality teams. Monitor welding parameters and ensure quality standards are maintained. Troubleshoot production issues related to robotic welding systems. Improve production efficiency and reduce downtime. Maintain production records, reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Required Skills Knowledge of weld shop operations and robotic welding lines. Understanding of MIG welding, welding fixtures, and welding processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and welding specifications. Good problem-solving, team coordination, and production planning skills. Familiarity with robot programming basics and automation systems will be an added advantage.
