Key Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, or CO₂ welding as per job requirements. Read and understand welding drawings and fabrication specifications. Prepare materials and surfaces before welding. Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy. Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools. Perform basic grinding and finishing work when required. Follow safety procedures and quality standards on the shop floor. Required Skills Knowledge of welding and fabrication processes. Ability to read basic engineering drawings. Familiarity with welding tools and equipment. Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
