Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and sales-related communication. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documents. Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payments. Coordinate with sales, purchase, production, and dispatch teams. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports. Process orders and ensure timely execution and delivery. Handle email correspondence and documentation. Support the sales team in achieving business targets. Required Skills Good knowledge of sales coordination and customer handling. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Good organizational and documentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
