Key Responsibilities Assist in production, quality, maintenance, and engineering activities. Monitor shop floor operations and ensure smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation. Support machine troubleshooting and process improvement activities. Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve targets. Follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Assist senior engineers in daily operational tasks. Required Skills Basic knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications. Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
