Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and surveillance systems. Perform troubleshooting and repair of CCTV equipment and network connectivity issues. Configure DVRs, NVRs, IP Cameras, and Access Control Systems. Conduct site surveys and recommend suitable surveillance solutions. Perform routine maintenance and system health checks. Handle cable laying, wiring, and equipment installation. Maintain installation and service reports. Provide technical support to customers and ensure timely issue resolution. Required Skills Knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, IP Cameras, and Networking. Basic understanding of electrical and electronics systems. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Familiarity with cable routing, wiring, and installation practices. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
