Key Responsibilities Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Monitor and control cash flow, expenses, and financial performance. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory regulations, and audits. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and profitability improvement. Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures. Support management in strategic financial decision-making. Required Skills Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, taxation, and compliance. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
