Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network devices. Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime. Troubleshoot network, internet, and connectivity issues. Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Maintain network security and implement necessary updates. Provide technical support for network-related issues. Maintain network documentation and inventory records. Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required. Required Skills Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi networking. Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network security. Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory is an added advantage. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation abilities.
