Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and sales-related communication. Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales documents. Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payments. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Maintain sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports. Process orders and track execution until delivery. Manage email correspondence and documentation. Support the sales team in achieving business targets. Required Skills Good communication and customer coordination skills. Knowledge of quotation preparation and order processing. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email drafting. Strong follow-up and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
