Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to joining. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references. Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and reports. Draft and post job advertisements and job descriptions. Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines. Required Skills Good knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Experience using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good coordination and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, email drafting, and reporting. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
