Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic extrusion machines and auxiliary equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ensure minimum machine downtime and maximum equipment efficiency. Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records. Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance activities. Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements. Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation. Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards. Required Skills Knowledge of Plastic Extrusion Machines and Manufacturing Equipment. Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance. Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain maintenance records and reports.
