Key Responsibilities Perform CNC machine setup and job changeovers as per production requirements. Set tools, fixtures, offsets, and machining parameters. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy. Support CNC operators during production runs. Troubleshoot machining and setup-related issues. Optimize cycle time and improve machine productivity. Maintain setup records and ensure adherence to quality standards. Follow shop floor safety and maintenance procedures. Required Skills Strong knowledge of CNC machine setting and tooling. Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. Familiarity with Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments. Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
