Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Turning machines for machining components as per specifications. Load and unload jobs, and monitor machining operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Perform in-process inspection using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, and other measuring instruments. Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components. Monitor tool wear and report tooling requirements. Maintain production records and machine logs. Follow shop floor safety and quality procedures. Required Skills Knowledge of CNC Turning machine operations. Ability to read engineering drawings and machining specifications. Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection methods. Basic understanding of CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi. Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
