Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines for machining components as per specifications. Perform job loading, unloading, and machine operation activities. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Set tool offsets and monitor machining parameters. Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Gauges. Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality. Monitor tool condition and report maintenance requirements. Maintain production records and machine logs. Follow shop floor safety and quality standards. Required Skills Knowledge of VMC machine operations and machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and machining specifications. Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques. Basic understanding of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers. Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
