Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machines for machining components as per specifications. Perform job loading, unloading, and machine operation activities. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Monitor machining parameters and production output. Inspect components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Gauges. Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality. Monitor tool condition and report maintenance requirements. Maintain production records and machine logs. Follow shop floor safety and quality standards. Required Skills Knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and machining specifications. Familiarity with measuring instruments and inspection techniques. Basic understanding of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers. Good attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
