Key Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel components. Read and interpret welding drawings, WPS, and fabrication specifications. Prepare materials and joints before welding. Ensure high-quality, defect-free welds as per customer and quality standards. Inspect welds for strength, appearance, and dimensional accuracy. Operate and maintain TIG welding machines and related equipment. Perform grinding and finishing work when required. Follow all safety procedures and welding quality standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of TIG (GTAW) welding techniques. Ability to weld stainless steel, aluminum, and MS components. Ability to read engineering drawings and welding symbols. Familiarity with welding equipment, measuring instruments, and fabrication processes. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
