We are looking for a skilled HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) Operator to operate HMC machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, quality inspection, and achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities Operate HMC machines for precision machining of components. Perform job loading, unloading, and machine operation activities. Set tool offsets and monitor machining parameters. Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets. Inspect machined components using Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, and other measuring instruments. Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain product quality. Monitor tool wear and report machine or tooling issues. Maintain production records and machine logs. Follow shop floor safety and quality standards. Required Skills Knowledge of HMC machine operations and machining processes. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and machining specifications. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments. Basic understanding of Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi CNC controllers. Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
