Key Responsibilities Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents for engineering products. Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels. Process sales orders and coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and dispatch teams. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries. Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer databases. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order execution. Manage email correspondence and sales documentation. Provide administrative support to the sales department.
